Home Visits

We are happy to visit patients in their home that would struggle to attend our clinics and classes.

Currently we cover a corridor East of Nottingham from Gedling (inclusive of Arnold and Mapperley) out to Southwell.

We are also willing to take patients located over the river near Gunthorpe, such as East Bridgford.
